Residential Maintenance Plans

TempRite Air Conditioning & Heating offers maintenance contracts to fit any customers needs. Maintenance inspections help to reduce the number of service calls by revealing potential problems that can be repaired inexpensively prior to causing you inconvenience during peak seasons. By signing up for a maintenance agreement you can reduce the potential for costly repair bills.

Points of Inspection:

Clean and adjust thermostat settings. Dirty contacts and connections in thermostat can lead to inaccurate readings causing systems to run longer than needed.
Tighten electrical connections. Loose or faulty electrical connections can lead to improper voltage, causing reduced life of major components.
Lubricate and oil moving parts. Failure to keep moving parts lubricated can lead to internal friction, and heat causing premature failure, as well as higher energy costs.
Check safety devices. Safety devices help to ensure system is running properly, and protect major components.
Clean outdoor coils. Outdoor coils attract dust, animal hair, and other debri reducing efficiency of air conditioning system.
Check refrigerant levels. Improper charge or leaks in system can cause low unit efficiency, and lead to reduced life of equipment.
Check components for proper electrical ratings. Amperage or voltage readings outside the equipment ratings are signs of potential component failure.
Check and clean gas valve and burner compartment. Proper gas pressure allows safe operation of furnace and ensures maximum heating.
Check system for leaks. Refrigerant leaks, condensate leaks or gas leaks can not only be potentially hazardous but can lead to costly system repairs as well as costly home repairs.

Premium Maintenance Plan	$130.00 1st unit

PREFERRED TREATMENT - Planned Service increases system reliability, but should you need emergency service, Planned Service entitles you to preferential treatment.

CHOICE OF PROGRAMS - You set the number of Planned Service calls per year. This will determine the cost of your Planned Service Agreement.

LOWER REPAIR COSTS - As a Planned Service Agreement customer you are entitled to our customer value rate repair costs.

PRICE PROTECTION - Your agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates. Prices will not be raised for following renewal periods without notifying you.
